SakkuSamba reserve the right to cancel bookings over 8 when no card details are given to secure the booking.We reserve the right to cancel your booking or shorten your seating time if you are late. Booking times have a grace period of 10 mins, if running late please call the restaurant.SakkuSamba does not accept liability for any articles damaged or lost from our restaurant.All promotions, discounts and offers are from the food portion of the bill only, unless otherwise stated. Wastage policy: if there is an excessive amount of food wastage, we reserve the right to place a supplementary charge onto your final bill.Due to Health and safety regulations: It is our policy for food not to be taken away from the restaurant.Please make the server aware if wanting it removed. To help us go cashless: a charge of 12.5% service charge is added to the bill, this is optional and at the customers discretion.We have the right to refuse service if dress code is not adhered to.
